We haven’t spent much time in Rockland. Other than one breakfast, we’ve really only passed through. It looks like an attractive seaside town.

A great restaurant located on Maine’s central coast. The restaurant is inside an attractive home surrounded by gardens used to grow produce used for the dishes. Also on site are chickens and pigs who also contribute to the food. Inside there are two floors broken into several small rooms. This creates a cozy, homey atmosphere. The servers are well trained and friendly. We’ve very much enjoyed our meals here. From the house-cured charcuterie starter to the tuna main courses, everything was delicious. NOTES: The restaurant is closed from early January through early May.

The breakfast/lunch restaurant is charming with a bit of a hippy vibe. The staff is friendly and the food is tasty. Our one visit would have been better had our server not forgotten to enter our order.
